Useless Junk Abounds
There is a lot of junk in my house. Over the years I have gathered a wide collection of gadgets, pointless decorations and other weird stuff.
Ghetto Blaster
The most useless thing in my house has to be my old tape player. While I used it a lot a while back, its unused and covered in dust now. Why? Of course due to the rise of digital music. I have a 40GB collection on my iPod...
Three overplayed songs I love anyway
I have a varied music tastes which has evolved over time. I started with good old rock, had a hip hop phase where I could recite every single one of Eminem’s songs from memory. Then I started getting into metal and am currently knee deep in melodic death metal.
However there are some songs which will always resonate within me. Here they are.

Large Hadron Collider Rap
If you have trouble understanding what the Large Hadron Collider is, if the Higgs Boson Particle means nothing to you, if science itself is a mystery to you or if you are a creationist thinking that the earth is just 6000 years old, you need to watch this.

India's Olympics Coverage
Gotta love the way Doordarshan covers the Olympics. We are watching the women’s Heptathlon, when without any warning it goes to commercial then comes back to air the last 3 minutes of a hockey match.
As soon as its over it goes back to Heptathlon. Later when we are seeing the medal ceremony of the men’s shot put, it cuts to the studio right before the gold medal is given. After some...

A Mounting Problem
One thing I’ve noticed. The more stuff you have at home, the more work there is. Everything fails sooner or later and you have to get it repaired or replaced. At this rate, I have something to see too all the time which gets on my nerves! I need to do something about the junk!

Eureka!
Why do I love this show so much? Is it the weird science, the wierd Fargo, the sexy Allison, the fumbling Sheriff or the suave Stark?
I don’t know the reason, but Eureka is one of my favourite shows on the TV
